Really? The box fade?

I am beginning to see more fellows with the late 80's early 90's box fade hair cut. I remember my brother and cousin sporting the gumbi slant with reddish orange dye at the top of the hair and a part cut on the side. Lol, they thought they were the stuff back then. All the old school rappers rocked the box fade. Everyone from Big Daddy Kane to the Fresh Prince and Bobby Brown, who was probably most known for the style. My cousin and I were hanging out one night and we laughed so hard when we saw a crew of young guys trying to emulate the 90's style when they know they were barely even thought of. Made us want to sit on the porch while eating chips, drinking "red" Kool-Aid and listen to the radio and challenge each other to a dance contest, where we did dances such as the running man, cabbage patch and the Roger Rabbit...As grandma always said, there's nothing new under the sun.
